James W. Spink
is an AV-rated trial attorney with extensive litigation experience in all
Vermont courts. Mr. Spink is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Since 1980, Mr. Spink has tried over 125 cases to
verdict. His areas of concentration include transportation, products
liability, and professional negligence matters. Mr. Spink also regularly
serves as a mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Spink received his
juris doctor from Albany Law School in 1980. He received his undergraduate
degree, with high honors, from Middlebury College in 1976.

Elizabeth H. Miller
represents commercial and individual clients in a variety of complex litigation
and administrative matters, including commercial disputes, toxic torts, and
products liability. Ms. Miller served as a law clerk to the
Honorable James L. Oakes, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals
for the Second Circuit. Ms. Miller received her juris doctor from Yale Law
School in 1995. She received her B.A. summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa,
from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1992.

Rebecca
C. Raskin
practices in the areas of general business litigation, products liability,
and personal injury.
Ms. Raskin served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Jeffrey Amestoy
of the Vermont Supreme Court, and for the Maine Superior Court.
Ms. Raskin received her juris doctor cum laude from the
University of Maine School of Law in 1997, where she served as
Casenotes Editor/Staff Member of the Maine Law Review.
She received her B.A. from Smith College in 1990.
Ms. Raskin previously worked as a litigation associate at Gravel
and Shea in Burlington, Vermont.

Jon
T. Alexander represents corporate and individual clients in
all aspects of civil litigation, with a focus on complex commercial
disputes and products liability matters.
Jon graduated from Northwestern University in 1994, and received
his juris doctor in 1997 from UCLA School of Law, where he was Articles
Editor of the UCLA Law Review. Jon
previously practiced at the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn.
He is a member of the Vermont, Illinois and California Bars.
